Submissions must include:

Application form, "General Engineering Requirements for Design and Field Construction of Pressure Plant Piping". See below.
3 Sets of P.Eng-stamped Line drawings, P&ID, with at least the general arrangement information.
3 Sets of additional information, to completely identify all design parameters and components. Code Calculations are included here. See below for more information.
Quality certificate.

The combined volume of the expansible fluid in the piping system must be greater than 17 cu.ft.
A complete fee schedule is available and is typically between $90-$160.
There are many details involved in item iii above, many of which are available on the Manitoba website.
Further general guidelines are provided in the "Guidelines for Design Registration", manufactured outside of Manitoba.
