Pressure Vessels
-Completed BCSA Application form.
-1 Set of P.Eng. Stamped design drawings, containing all required data.

BCSA has provisions for vessels without ASME certification. See their website.
Fittings
-Completed BCSA Application form. 
-Completed BCSA statutory declaration form.
-1 Set of drawings or catalogues, detailing all manufacturing details.
-1 Set of calculations or other qualifying documents (such as proof tests).
-Quality Certificate from a recognized authority, per CSA B51 Annex F.
-If applicable, proof of registration in original province.
BCSA has exempted categories A, B, C, & G from from requiring registration, as long as they conform to a standard listed in the B31 codes (like ASME B16.34 or B16.5) per Directive D-BP 2013-03.
Piping
-Completed BCSA Application form. 
-2 Sets of P.Eng-stamped P&ID or schematic drawings, containing all required data.
-1 Set of ASME Calculations.
The following piping systems do not require registration:
(i) A pressure piping system operating at and with a relief valve or valves set at 103kPa or less
(ii) A pressure piping system external to a boiler in fluid plant (a plant containing a liquid but not thermal fluids operating with a working pressure of 1100kPa or less and a temperature of 121°C or less)
(iii) Pressure piping that is NPS 3  or less

Saskatchewan now accepts either the National Board registration or a CRN from another province. There are certain conditions that must be met, covering both new and used pressure vessels. Please refer to their website for the complete documentation: Exemptions B&PV
